Jenni is the Founder and Managing Director of JJ Talent Solutions. With more than 25 years of professional and leadership experience, she is able to successfully partner with leaders in organisations to gain a deep understanding of their business requirements and workforce challenges and provide them with unique insight, so they are in a better position to recruit, manage and develop their talent. Her Human Resources expertise enables Jenni to guide, coach and support individuals at all stages of their career, to help them achieve their goals.

Jenni completed her Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology and is a qualified Psychometrist. She has experience with and accreditation in a large range of assessment tools.
Her career has included senior leadership positions in various functions within the broader Human Resources field. One of her specialities is providing strategic and practical recruitment and assessment advice, and she has successfully done so in a wide spectrum of industries and organisations in both
Australia and South Africa. As a previous Director within the ACT Public Service, she has also gained good insight into government processes.
Jenni has developed and delivered workforce and talent solutions across organisational levels and for a diverse range of occupational groups. She has partnered with organisations to identify, assess, and develop talent ranging from graduates and emerging professionals through to senior leaders and
executives. The professional fields have included investment bankers, air traffic controllers, firefighters, medical professionals, insurance specialists, vehicle technicians, and sales consultants. This breadth of experience enables her to understand the unique challenges and talent requirements of a wide range of organisations and professions.
